Return Policy

Return Policy for Fair Trade Items

Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or credit your account for any damaged or missing items. You must keep packaging for 48 hours after reporting damage, so that we can enter a claim with UPS. Broken products do not need to be returned but we may ask for a picture of the damaged item.

Should you wish to return an item that is not damaged, please contact us in advance of shipping the item. Our general policy is that an item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the customer pays return shipping costs. All non-damage related returns are for account credit only. Please make sure to include the original packing slip so that we can credit you for the return.

Return Policy for VHC Bedding & Decor Items

There is a 15% Restocking Fee on all orders. This is not a fee imposed by Fair Trade Fusion, but it is the manufacturer's policy upon which we must abide. There are no exceptions.

Our policy lasts 14 days. Within 14 days of purchase you can return your goods, no questions asked.  If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

General Returns

To be eligible for a return, Items must be unopened, unused, be in the same condition that you received it, unlaundered, in their original packaging with law required tags still attached, in a resell-able condition, and if sold in sets, must be returned in sets. THE RA NUMBER MUST BE MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE, or package will not be received.

Please contact us for a return authorization number (RMA) and shipping instructions.  Please include the paperwork you received with your order or a print out of your email confirmation to enable us to process your return.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Damaged Goods
Please notify us by email service@fairtradefusion.com - we will determine if we need the item returned. Pictures of damage may be requested. A replacement will be sent.
