Damaged items should be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item or credit your account for any damaged or missing items. You must keep packaging for 48 hours after reporting damage, so that we can enter a claim with UPS. Broken products do not need to be returned but we may ask for a picture of the damaged item.
Should you wish to return an item that is not damaged, please contact us in advance of shipping the item. Our general policy is that an item must be returned within 30 days of delivery and the customer pays return shipping costs. All non-damage related returns are for account credit only. Please make sure to include the original packing slip so that we can credit you for the return.
